Sukuma Wiki with Beef Bones

  Ingredients 1 Bunch sukuma wiki (kale) - Chopped 1 Kg bones (previously boiled for bone broth) White Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Chillie Flakes 1 large Onion 2 tomatoes 3 cloves Garlic Salt to taste. Cooking Oil 1 Beef Cube (Royco) Method 1. Preboil the bones till whatever meat in them is very soft (I usually do bone soup boiled for 8 hours on low heat and freeze the soup in smaller containers) 2. Fry the onion in a little oil 3. Add tomatoes and crushed garlic. Don't let it cook too much 4. Add the chopped Sukuma Wiki, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, chilli cubes and beef cube. Cook till the Sukuma Wiki is soft. Serve with Ugali. Very Delicious.
