Banana Pancake without milk

I made this because I was caught off guard without any milk and needed to make something for the kid's break time snack fast!

Ingredients 

2 large bananas
2 eggs
1 and half teaspoons baking powder
1 cup water
2 tablespoons of cooking oil 
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 tablespoons of sugar 

Method

Blend the bananas,  water and baking powder
Whisk eggs in a separate container
Add in the blended mixture
Add the flour steadily to give a flowing consistency but not watery
(you may need to add flour or water in case it is not to your liking) 
Add the sugar and cinnamon powder
(I added a lot of cinnamon to camouflage the strong banana taste)
Cook them in a non stick pan
Pour 1 serving spoon of batter onto the pan and spread using a spoon by swirling the mixture from the centre as you go outwards to a thin layer. 
Turn over when one side is cooked
You can choose to add a little oil in the cooking process
